“慢性疲劳综合征”已经不再是一个症状的代名词了,它是全身症状不适的代名词。而“视疲劳”即由于用眼过度而产生的眼肌疲劳及其他眼组织不适。它也不是一个独立的疾病,而是由多因素导致的一组疲劳综合征。可以表现为:眼疲劳、眼皮沉重感、眼及眼眶周围疼痛、眼部充血、视物模糊、眼睛干涩、流泪等,甚至会出现头痛、恶心、眩晕等不适。严重者还会导致近视加深、注意力无法集中、记忆力下降等。
当心“视频终端综合征”
对于长时间伏案、注视闪烁的荧光屏,近距离工作,过度使用眼的调节能力,都会加重视疲劳。而“视频终端综合征”就衍生出来了,它是指由于长期注视电脑或者电脑屏幕,眨眼动作减少,泪液不能很好地均匀分布在眼表,导致眼干、眼涩、疲劳,慢性结膜炎等眼部不适症状。
电脑荧光屏由小荧光点组成,眼睛必须不断地调整焦距,以保证视物清晰,时间过长,眼肌就会过于疲劳。同时在注视荧光屏时,眨眼的次数会降低10%,减少了泪液的产出;而眼球长时间暴露在空气中,使水分蒸发过快,造成眼睛干涩不适,严重的甚至会损伤角膜。
要预防视频终端综合征,建议保持电脑屏幕跟眼睛的距离50~60厘米;配备专用的电脑椅,调整好座位高度和靠背角度;使荧光屏的几何中心最好位于视平面以下,但在15度角以内;最重要的一点,是一次使用电脑的持续时间不要太长,每隔50分钟休息10分钟。及时给眼睛做“体检”,多关注自己的眼睛,及时调整视力,如做一做运动、做一做眼保健操、适当远眺。另外,保证充足的睡眠、均衡的饮食及规律的生活。
眼干≠干眼症
“春煮生发”,从门诊上可以看出,春天干眼症、结膜炎、过敏性结膜炎的人群比冬天要多到3-4成。
我们提得比较多的“干眼症”,是由于用眼过度引起的泪液的数量不足或者质量差,导致的眼部不适。如眼部干涩、异物感、烧灼感、痒感、畏光、红痛、视物模糊、易疲劳、粘丝状分泌物等。这个病确诊也很简单,只要做两项检查就可以了,一个是泪液分泌实验,一个是泪膜破裂时间实验。
有些干眼是过敏引起的。过敏性结膜炎事实上是免疫系统的变态反应,这类人不仅有眼部症状,往往还伴有鼻塞(过敏性鼻炎)等身体其他症状,这类人群在治疗方面,最重要的是能确定并立即避免接触过敏原,即使不用药物,症状也可很快缓解。如果不能立刻查出或脱离过敏原,就要进一步进行药物治疗。
年轻人也可能患青光眼
很多大学生会在熄灯后玩手机,关灯后看电子书等习惯,这对眼睛的伤害很大。你知道吗?长期关灯玩手机、打游戏会得青光眼,这绝不是危言耸听。
原因是由于关灯后打游戏,玩手机,房间里面只剩下屏幕上发出的亮光,这时光线对比度会特别高,眼睛容易感到疲劳。同时,眨眼次数减少,泪液分泌减少,容易造成眼睛干涩。这也是为什么建议很多家庭看电视的时候,即使要节能,也应该在客厅里面安装一个小灯。
长时间对比光下用眼,本身就容易造成视疲劳,聚精会神地时间越长,屏幕上不断变换的光影对眼睛造成持续的刺激,当眼睛不停地捕捉这些光影时,就会对黑眼球表面的泪膜层造成损害,从而加剧眼睛的疲劳和干涩、刺痒等感觉,甚至使眼睛有刺痛、流泪、畏光等不适症状出现,从而影响视力甚至损害眼睛。持续的时间刺激,就可能影响血管神经调节中枢,使血管舒缩功能失调:一方面可使毛细血管扩张,血管通透性增加,造成睫状肌水肿、前移,堵塞前房角,使房水流出通道受阻;另一方面可使房水分泌过多,后房压力过高,周边虹膜受压向前移而使前房变浅,前房角变窄。这些因素均可引起眼压的急剧升高,最终导致青光眼急性发作。而青光眼是我国第一位不可逆致盲性眼病。
