作法:
1 :植物油加熱 Heat oil.
2 :加入麵粉並攪拌均勻 Mix Cake flour and mix well.
3 :牛奶及糖鍋中攪拌至糖融化 Mix milk and sugar in a hot pan until the sugar is completely melted.
4 :放涼後將蛋黃拌入 Let it cold and add in the egg yolks at 40 °C.
5 :取另一碗將蛋白打至發泡 Get another container to whisk the egg white.
6 :分兩次加入糖繼續打發至蛋白企身 Add the sugar in two separate times and whisk till the mixture is stiff peaked.
7 :舀出一半的蛋白,加入麵糊中 Scrap out half of the whisked egg white and add it to the batter.
8 :混合均勻後倒進剩餘的蛋內 Mix well and pour back into the remaining egg white.
9 :將烘培紙剪裁好放入盤中 Cut the baking paper so it fits the tray.
10 :倒入一半麵糊並抹平 Pour in half of the cake mixture and wipe the surface flat.
11 :放入兩片芝士片 Add 2 slices of cheese.
12 :再將剩餘的麵糊倒入抹平 Pour in the remaining mixture and wipe it flat.
13 :輕敲兩下將空氣擠出 Knock out the air inside lightly.
14 :150°C 氣炸10分鐘 Air fry for 10 minutes at 150 °C.
15 :將溫度調降至140°C,再氣炸15分鐘 Turn down the temperature to 140 °C and air fry for another 15 minutes .
16 :完成後用牙籤戳入蛋糕中間,查看是否已經全熟,未熟的話可略加時間 Check if the cake is well cooked with a tooth pick. Add more time if needed.
