Is love more important than religion?
My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 and a half years. I am 19 and he is 20. He is Muslim and I am Christian. I know as a Muslim he shouldn't have a girlfriend anyway but he is so special to me.
My boyfriend is so amazing and we connect on a different level and I have never felt so in love with someone. He is literally my best friend. The only problem is his religion.
My family are super cool and relaxed and he is a part of my family and around us all time, but his family have no idea about me.
I could see us being together for the long term except for the fact that his family may not react well.
There are also other problems, I will never convert to the Muslim faith, so will it really work? What will my children be? Will he push me to convert?
I just need to know if a relationship could ever really work with two different religions?
